The Pearlmaster 39 was equipped with a new generation 3235, fully developed and manufactured by Rolex, for high performance.
After
being authenticated as a Swiss chronometer by the Swiss Institute for
the Chronometer Test, it was tested again from Rolex after its
installation to ensure that its daily use is consistent with Rolex
standards of precision, which is twice the strictness of the standards
imposed on formally certified chronometers.
To
complete this final precision check, applied to the clock, a special
methodology and advanced technological equipment is used, specially
developed by Rolex.
